Ways of shipping:
Items are sent by the Israel Postal Authority, EMS or FedEx.
All items are sent by airmail.
We normally ship the items within 1-3 business days.
The shipping time by regular airmail usually takes around 2 weeks (we ship directly from Israel) but sometimes it can take some more time.
EMS (express airmail, door to door delivery) usually takes 5-6 business days.
FedEx usually takes 1-2 business days.

Cost of shipping:
The price for any package shipped by regular airmail is 6.5$.
This is all you pay for shipping! No additional charges or fees!
For orders above 125$ the shipping is FREE.
The price of EMS is 25$ for any order.
The price of FedEx shipping depends on destination, order weight and value.

If any item is damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately.
And if in any other way you are dissatisfied with the goods, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of accepting delivery.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original method of payment. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.
